Our minimum order quantity is 1 × 20-foot container (FCL). A typical container accommodates approximately 20 pallets, with an average of 54 m² per pallet, or approximately 1,080 m² per container. Actual capacity may vary depending on product selection and weight restrictions in the destination country.
All containers are carefully packed and loaded using ISPM 15-certified wooden pallets or plastic pallets, according to your requirements. For additional protection during transit, we use Superdry moisture absorbers and air bags to help ensure safe and secure transportation. We recommend that customers purchase freight insurance for their shipment.
We are happy to provide production and loading photos of your order, allowing you to monitor the progress and quality of your products before shipment.
Orders can generally be dispatched within 4–5 weeks from order confirmation. Lead times may vary depending on product availability, production schedules, and seasonal demand.
We can arrange shipping through our dedicated freight agent, with whom we have worked for more than 15 years. Alternatively, customers are welcome to appoint their own shipping or freight agent. We will coordinate closely with them to ensure the loading and shipping process runs smoothly.
